The open plan kitchens are kitted out with an oven, ceramic hob and concealed extractor, and either a fridge-freezer or fridge with icebox as well as having plenty of cupboards. There is a washer/dryer in the utility cupboard.
The open plan living rooms are light and airy. Each apartment has a dining table and chairs, two or three-seater sofa (larger apartments also have an armchair), a coffee table and an entertainment unit.
All bedrooms have full height built-in wardrobes with hanging rails and a shelf above. The beds have storage within the base, upholstered headboards and high-quality hybrid memory foam hypo-allergenic mattress. There are also two bedside tables and larger apartments also have a chest of drawers.
Bathrooms all have power showers, a full length mirror, a double mirrored wall cabinet above the sink with integrated toothbrush/shaver charging point and towel rail.
You can rent either furnished or unfurnished, and if you choose furnished, you can expect good quality furniture in either a light or dark finish, with pieces chosen specifically for Dandara Living.

Our agreements are three years long as standard, with a break clause after the first 12 months. All you need to do is give us 2 months’ notice.
